General provisions

• The competition is organized by Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. with its registered office in the Netherlands, registered under number 09818825, at Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.
• The prize is funded by the Organizer.
• The competition is not created, administered or sponsored by Meta, and the instagram.com service is not responsible for any activities related to the organization of the competition on the site.
• The competition starts on November 2 at 9:00 and lasts until November 3 at 19:59:59 2024 and takes place on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Conditions of participation

• Only adults can take part in the competition.
• The competition takes place on verified Instagram user profiles.
• Instagram users who want to take part in the competition have to post a photo report from the Hyrox competition, which takes place in Poznań on November 2-3, 2024:

• The competition results will be announced by November 8 on the Amazfit profile on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/amazfitpolska/ .

Competition task

• The competition task involves preparing a photo report from the Hyrox competition in Poznań on November 2-3, 2024:

• The competition participant who is also competing in the Hyrox competition in Poznań
• another competitor competing in the Hyrox competition in Poznań (if the competition participant has the right to use their image in the competition);
• other competitors competing in the Hyrox competition in Poznań (if the competition participant has the right to use their image in the competition);

• Each competition participant is allowed to submit only one photo report in the competition. If he or she submits more, the Organizer will evaluate the competition photo report submitted first chronologically.
• 3 competition participants who, in the opinion of the Organizer, submitted the most outstanding and exciting photo report from the Hyrox competition in Poznań will be selected and distinguished.
• The winners of the competition will be notified of their win and the conditions for receiving the prize in a private message sent via Instagram.
• The organizer draws attention to respecting the work of others and maintaining culture in the competition photo reports.
• Competition photo reports that contain vulgarisms and obscene words, photos or videos will not be included in the competition.

Competition prize

• The prizes in the competition are: an Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch and six tickets enabling free participation in the Hyrox competition of their choice in Europe in 2024 or 2025:

• Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch worth PLN 1,299;
• One starting number enabling participation in the Hyrox competition of their choice in Europe in 2024 or 2025;
• One entry ticket for a companion and supporter in these competitions;

• One starting number enabling participation in the Hyrox competition of their choice in Europe in 2024 or 2025;
• One entry ticket for a companion and supporter in these competitions; 

• One starting number enabling participation in the Hyrox competition of their choice in Europe in 2024 or 2025;
• One entry ticket for a companion and supporter in said competition;

• The winners of the competition will also receive a cash prize of 11.11% of the prize in kind. At the same time, the winners of the competition agree to transfer the amount referred to in the previous sentence as income tax due to be paid by the Organizer to the appropriate tax authority.
• The Organizer will send the prizes to the addresses indicated by the winners of the competition in a private message via Instagram. At the same time, the Organizer reserves that the prizes will be sent to addresses in the European Union and Great Britain (prizes will not be sent outside this area).
• The prize will be sent within 30 days of the announcement of the competition results only once.
• The Organizer has the right to provide the name and surname or nickname of the winner, which they use on Instagram.
• The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to deliver the prize due to reasons attributable to the contest participant. In such a case, the prize is forfeited.
• The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the participant, and in particular for changing personal data that makes it impossible to find the participant and inform them about the award.
• In the event of detection of activities that are inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the winner in an unauthorized manner, especially by creating fictitious profiles on Instagram, the participant may be excluded from the competition.
• The winner of the competition may receive only one prize. This prize cannot be exchanged for another thing or transferred in cash.
• The winner of the competition bears all responsibility in the event of reporting competition content that infringes the copyrights of third parties.

Complaints

• All complaints and comments regarding the rules, conduct or resolution of the competition should be sent to the following address: Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. with its registered office in the Netherlands, registered under number 09818825, at Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.
• The complaint should include the name and surname of the competition participant and the justification for the complaint. Please add a description of the competition in the title of the message.
• Complaints are considered within 30 days of their receipt.

• Personal data will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conduct the Competition, on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1. letter b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: "GDPR"). The data was collected by the fanpage on Facebook (name of the fanpage).
• Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the Competition, including issuing the Prize and announcing information about the winner.

Final provisions

• In matters not regulated by these Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of law in force in Poland shall apply.
• Disputes relating to and arising from the Contest shall be resolved by a common court with jurisdiction over the seat of the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the contest during its duration. Information about changes shall be posted on the website, where the rules of this contest are displayed: https://uk.amazfit.com/pages/terms-conditions
• By taking part in the contest, the participant agrees to the provisions of these Rules.
