Amazfit E-Store Terms & Conditions

1. Terms

1.1 The following terms and conditions ("Terms") stipulate among others rules for concluding distant sales contracts through the Internet store run under the name "Amazfit", rules of execution of those contracts, rights and obligations of the parties to those contracts and after sales procedures.

1.2 These Terms can be updated from time to time and You should always read and check these Terms before submitting the order for Product. Any changes to these Terms will not affect Your purchase, once the distant sales contract is concluded (please see section 4.5). All updates to the Terms will be published on the Amazfit E-Store website.

2. Definitions

Amazfit E-Store - the online store that We operate under the url: https://uk.amazfit.com/ ;

Distant sales contract - the Product sales agreement between You and Us, concluded through the Amazfit E-Store;

You/Customer - individual that under local laws has a capacity to enter into a binding distant sales contract with the Seller for the purpose of end-use of the Products, or a legal entity that enters into the distant sales contract with the Seller, for the purpose of end-use of the Products within the commercial activity of this legal entity. Where you are a minor, You may only purchase Products with the involvement of Your parent or a legal guardian, and the respective orders are placed and the ultimate distant sales contract is concluded with Your parent or a legal guardian on your behalf;

We/Seller - Galaxy Trading Platform Limited, Harbour City 5 Canton RD TST, Suite 1113A 11/F Ocean Ctr, Hong Kong, Kowloon Hong Kong SAR, business regsitration number: 70685874, that sells Products through the Amazfit E-Store;

Product - any new and free from defects physical item that We display and offer for placing orders and purchasing on Amazfit E-Store.

3. Use of the Amazfit E-Store website

The very use of the Amazfit E-Store website is subject to Terms of Service available on the Amazfit E-store website.

4. Placing orders and payments

4.1 In order to place an order to purchase Product, You must follow prompts after clicking on the icons of Products currently visualized in the Amazfit E-Store. During this process, You will be able to determine - depending on the availability or specific limitations as announced - number of units, size, colour or other specifics (if applicable) of the chosen Product.

4.2 Once You determine the Product, You will be requested to provide identification information (name, surname, email address and phone number), billing and shipping address in the territory of the United Kingdom and You will be requested to choose among available total price payment method. You will not be able to change the shipping address once you submit the order.

4.3. To succesfully submit the completed order, You must click on the payment process button - the order is submitted with the obligation to complete the payment - and accept these Terms.

4.4 Once you submit the completed order with Us, We will confirm the submission in the email sent to You.

4.5 Once we confirm the availability of the Product, We will ship the Product and send You an email with the parcel tracking number. By sending this email, We confirm Your order and the distant sales contract is concluded.

4.6 In case We are unable to confirm and/or ship the Product You ordered within 3 (three) working days since sending You the order submission confirmation, we will inform You when the Product is estimated for delivery and request Your decision regarding the order, in a separate email. If You do not give us the consent for the estimated delivery time, we will reject Your order. In such a case, we will return You total purchased price that you paid within 3 (three) working days from the day You confirm to Us by email the details of the bank account for the return purposes.

4.7 By paying with a credit or debit card, You confirm that the card is yours or that You have permission from the cardholder to use it. Card payments can be subject to standard standard verification and approval process run by a card issuer. If they decline the approval or cannot verify the use of card, Your order will not be completed.

4.8 In case you You use a payment method that is provided by a third party, you might be redirected to the external payment system and additional terms of the service might apply. We recommend that You study such terms or any other information as provided by such a processor, because we are not responsible for succesfull/insuccesful payments or any information provided in such processes to those third parties. Any fees or charges applied by a card issuer or bank in connection with Your payment are outside our control and will not be included in the total price that You will pay when placing order for the Product (please see section 5.3).

4.9 Irrespective of the payment method chosen, We will not be able to confirm Your order until your payment is successful.

4.10 You cannot cancel the submitted order, but You can withdraw from the contract (once we confirm Your order) through the withdrawal process (please see section 9) or return the Product under a no-reason return policy (please see section 6.5).

5. Prices

5.1 Any prices of Products displayed on the Amazfit E-Store are gross sales prices, including VAT at a currently prevailing rate, quoted in GBP. Prices can change from time to time, but not after we confirm Your order (please see section 4.5).

5.2 Delivery prices are displayed separately at the checkout stage and can differ depending on your location and/or carrier service. If an order is shipped free of charge, we will inform You accordingly before You submit the order.

5.3 Total price that You will pay includes Product gross sales price, delivery price and other fees like customs (if applicable). The total price will be clearly visible to You in the final order form before placing the order.

5.4 In case a purchase price of a given Product can be reduced by the use of gift card or discount code, You can add the relevant code in the dedicated field of the checkout form during the order placement stage. Please mind that you need to confirm the code by clicking on the dedicated button, otherwise the price reduction will not apply. You can reduce the price only once per order.

5.5 Despite our best efforts, it might happen that the price displayed on Amazfit E-Store is incorrect. We will check the price when You place the order. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed to You, we will contact You and request Your consent for a higher price or cancellation of the order. In case You agree to a higher price, we will not proceed with Your order and the distant contract will not be concluded, until You successfully pay the difference in price. If the correct price is lower than the price displayed to You, We will charge only the lower amount and the difference will be returned to You.

6. Delivery of Products and No-Reason Return Policy

6.1 Deliveries are made to the addresses in the territory of the United Kingdom only.

6.2 We will determine the shipping method and carrier, based on the shipping address that You provided in the order. We will bear the shipping risk only if You purchase as a consumer (please see section 7.1).

6.4 Once the Product is delivered, we advise that You examine the parcel in the courier's presence. In case You notice visible defects or that the parcel is opened, You should request the courier to populate the parcel damages protocol and/or reject the parcel, following the carrier's terms & conditions.

6.5 You can return to Us any unopened and unused Product that You purchased through Amazfit E-Store, within 30 days since You receive them. You can check details, including the return application process and limitations, here.

7. Liability and Warranties

7.1 Where You purchased Product on Amazfit E-Store as a consumer (i.e. You purchased items for your personal use and for purposes which are outside Your trade, business, craft or profession - B2C sale), we remain liable for the lack of confomity of Products which exists at the time when the Product is delivered to You. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7.2 In relation to any other purchases through Amazfit E-Store, We do not, except to the extent required by the applicable law, assume any liability for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, cost of any replacement goods or subtitutite equipment, loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired, claims of any third parties, or any other damages arising from the use of Product, regardless of the for of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal or equitable theory. The foregoing limitation shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or, to the extent that such liability may not be limited or excluded under applicable law, any liability for gloss negligence or willful default.

7.3 To the extent permitted by the applicable law, We shall not be liable in case of any failue or delay in performance of Our obligations, if such a failure or a delay is due to an event considered a force majeure, i.e. an event or circumstances which are unforeseen, unavoidable, insurmountable and beyond the control and without Our fault or negligence, and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence we would be unable to prevent. Such events or circumstances shall include among others: earthquakes, typhoons, flood, fire, other physical natural disasters(excluding weather conditions regardless of severity), ionizing radiation or contamination, radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive assembly or nuclear component, viral outbreaks, epidemics, or pandemics (which for the avoidance of doubt includes Covid-19, any variant thereof or any other pandemic, epidemic or public health emergency), war, strikes at national level or industrial disputes at a national level, riots, hostilities, acts of terrorism, acts of governments, changes in law or the application thereof.

7.4 Any additional warranty for the Products exists only if We expressly state it when the contract is concluded (please see section 4.5) or in documents attached to the Product, under conditions stipulated therein.

7.5 We strongly encourage You to back up Your data stored in the Product that you purchased, because We will accept no liability for the loss of such data.

7.6 We strongly encourage You to perform system updates following the official software updates of the Product that You purchased. In case You fail to do so, we will not be liable for any related defects of the Product.

7.7 Despite Our best efforts to display Products and their details on the Amazfit E-Store as accurate as possible, their visuals will depend on the screen/dispaly that You use when placing the order. Therefore, We do not guarantee that the visuals will exactly reflect the actual Product that you shall purchase and receive.

8. Export Controls

You may not export the Product You purchased to another country or region without a respective, official export license, if this is prohibited by applicable export control laws.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1 Where You purchased Product on Amazfit E-Store as a consumer (please see section 7.1), You have a right to withdraw from the distant sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the carrier delivered Product that You purchased to the address indicated in Your order. You can exercise Your right by notifying us about Your withdrawal decision, through email sent to uk.support@amazfit.com or by a written letter sent to the Seller, within the witdhrawal period.

9.2 You can use the following template of the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory:

9.3 Once You withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse You all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

9.4 You must return or hand over the Product to the return address provided to you by Us no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if You send or hand over the Product before the 14-day (fourteen-day) period has expired. You bear the costs of returning the Product.

9.5 You remain liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product purchased.

9.6 Your right of withdrawal will not apply in relation to the following contracts:

(a) the supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized;

(b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

(c) the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

(d) the supply where You specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance (If, on the occasion of such visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by You or goods other than replacement parts necessarily used in carrying out the maintenance or in making the repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods);

(e) the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and Your acknowledgment that You thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

10. Final provisions

10.1 The EU Commission runs a platform for online dispute resolution between consumers and businesses (ODR platform) available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform is a one-stop shop for consumer and businesses seeking out of court resolution of disputes cocerning contractual obligations arising from an online sales contract or service contract.

10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any statutory consumer rights granted under the EU or the UK laws remain applicable.

10.3 Where You do not purchase the Products under these Terms as a consumer (please see section 7.1) but as an entrepreneur (B2B contract), the provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) are excluded and any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by arbitration before the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration procedures. The place of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, China. The award of the arbitral tribunal shall be final, conclusive and binding.

10.4 These Terms are effective from 19th January, 2026 and apply to all orders for purchase of Products submitted starting this day.
