General provisions

The organizer of the competition is Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered under number 82575185, at Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht. The founder of the prize is the Organizer. 

The competition takes place in the Amazfit booth located in the venue where NN Marathon Rotterdam 2025 takes place and during its opening hours:

  • Friday April 11th from 10 AM – 8 PM
  • Saturday April 12th 10 AM – 7 PM

Conditions of participation

The competition is only open to people who will run in the NN Rotterdam Marathon on April 13, 2025. Also, only people who complete the competition task and finish the marathon within the regular time (set by the organizer of NN Marathon Rotterdam) have a chance to win the prize.

Competition task

To win a prize, the contest participant must complete the following steps:

  • enter the following information into the photo booth system (available in Amazfit booth):

  • first name and family name of the contest participant
  • his / her contact email
  • BIB number that the contest participant runs NN Marathon Rotterdam on April 13, 2025
  • predict his / her time on NN Marathon Rotterdam (the time given must be accurate to the second)
  • how many people will have participated in the contest “Predict Your NN Marathon Rotterdam Time”?

  • write the predicted NN Marathon Rotterdam time of the contest participant on the board available in the Amazfit booth
  • use the photo booth to take a selfie photo showing the predicted time written on the board
  • stick the selfie photo on a dedicated wall in the Amazfit booth

Prize in the competition

The prizes in the competition are two smartwatches of Amazfit T-Rex 3.

The prizes are won by two people who

  • correctly complete the competition task and at the same time

  • provide the correct number of people who will participate in the contest “Predict Your NN Marathon Rotterdam Time”?
  • finish the marathon in the time they predicted (with precision to the second)

If there are no competition participants who finish the marathon in the same time as predicted, the prize will be awarded to the marathon runners for whom the difference between the predicted and actual result is the smallest.

The Organizer will contact the two winners by e-mail within 30 days of the end of the NN Marathon Rotterdam 2025. For this purpose, the Organizer will use the e-mail address provided by the Competition Participants during the implementation of the competition task.

The Organizer will contact both winners by email within 30 days of the end of the NN Marathon Rotterdam 2025. For this purpose, the Organizer will use the email address provided by the Contest Participants during the competition task.

Winners will be asked to indicate the address to which the prize can be sent. The Organizer can only send the prize within the EU and the UK. The Organizer will cover costs of the transport within UE and the UK.

If the winner does not respond to email within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited.

The prize will be shipped within 30 days of receiving address.

The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize due to reasons attributable to the competition participant. In such a case, the prize is forfeited.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the participant, in particular for changing address data that makes it impossible to provide the prize.

If any actions inconsistent with the Regulations are detected, or attempts to influence the selection of the winner in an unauthorized manner, a given participant may be excluded from the Competition.

The Organizer is not responsible for any possible cancellation of NN Marathon Rotterdam 2025.

Each winner of the competition can only receive one prize. This prize cannot be exchanged for another item or given in cash.

Complaints

All complaints and comments regarding the rules, conduct or outcome of the competition should be submitted to the following address: Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered under number 82575185, at Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.

The complaint should include the name and surname of the participant and a justification for the complaint. Please add a description of the competition in the subject of message.

Complaints are considered within 30 days from the date of their receipt.

Information obligation

We would like to inform you that the administrator of the personal data of the Competition participants is Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered under number 82575185, at ul. Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.

In matters relating to the processing of personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address: dominik.walknowski@zepp.com.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose and scope necessary to conduct the Competition, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1. letter b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: "GDPR"). The data was collected by a Facebook fanpage (fanpage name).

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the Competition, including issuing the Prize and announcing information about the winner. The emails of the contest participants will be deleted by June 30, 2025.

Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.
Disputes relating to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the seat of the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition during its duration. Information about changes will be posted Amazfit site at:
