Hunter was a Defender on CBS's Million Dollar Mile produced by Lebron James, and broke the Murph Challenge world record, raising thousands of dollars for charity along the way. He also competed at the 2019 CrossFit Games after securing a Wild Card invite to compete amongst the best of the best in a sport he had never competed in before.

Since 2020, Hunter's efforts have mainly been directed at the fast emerging sport of HYROX. He is a 3x World Champion and is currently on a quest to reclaim his throne. Hunter holds the HYROX world record in the Men's Pro division with a time of 53:22 - effectively making him "The Fastest Man in Fitness".
